I finally found a place that does very good Tripe. Only complaint was no seasoning, but fried perfectly!

The Crispy Triple Sandwich was ok more crisp then meat and should have been 3 pieces of meat, Beef Philly Sandwich tasted like it was cooked on a old fryer or an unclean one.. Texas Cheese Burger was pretty good and this is Shasta not Vess Soda

I've ordered this sandwich several times. However now the cut of meat was noticeable thin and unflavored.. Also construction of sandwich was wrong. Lettuce on a sandwich like this should be on the top not the bottom. And lettuce shouldn't be the only thing to accommodate meat.

This is my first time trying Tripe City and from the looks of everything I thought they were going to be about their business. literally a place called Tripe City. the description for the tripe sandwich sounds beautiful, but as you can see my Crispy Tripe Sandwich is highly overrated and I've had better, I am extremely unsatisfied, most likely I will not order again.
Also why is it called the crispy triple sandwich instead of the crispy tripe sandwich. is it because of the three little pieces of tripe?
My apologies, I feel disrespected by Tripe City and this tripe sandwich.
I expect the dish that your establishment is named after to be the most extravagant dish on the menu, I expect each time you make the dish you outdo yourself to make sure the name of your establishment holds weight because you can back it up.
I hope they fix the description, call it the slim tripe on white bread with one thin slice of onion and one thin slice of pickle Plus a dab of mustard.
