The BAHAMA MAMA™ BOWL is delicious. Love the LAVENDER SHIMMER SMOOTHIE with the EDIBLE LIME STRAW. The JALAPEÑO CORN has just enough kick without being too spicy.

The BAHAMA MAMA™ was wonderful as usual. However the THREE CHEESE CHICKEN was mediocre at best. I maybe had 3-4 pieces of cubed chicken on the whole thing and it had no flavor at all.

The smoothies are the best. All natural packed with antioxidants and taste great.
The egg wrap is great also. Very fresh and taste great.

For a girl who loves everything about Fall...The CARAMELIZED PINEAPPLE smoothie is amazing. The caramelized pineapple, mango and a touch of cinnamon is perfection. The CARAMELIZED PINEAPPLE is my favorite smoothie at Tropical Smoothie Cafe.

Love both the BAHAMA MAMA™ BOWL and ACAI BOWL. The LAVENDER SHIMMER SMOOTHIE is a pretty shade of lavender. The POMEGRANATE PLUNGE™ is also delicious. Still trying to decide which smoothie flavor at Tropical Smoothie Cafe is my go to favorite.
