you can't pull the sticker off where the straw goes in really kind of gross having to stick the straw through the glue from the sticker would rather had nothing not really worried about my driver drinking my drink also I ordered a mango drink with the addition of a banana and it just tastes like banana there's no mango flavor whatsoever

I order this frequently. This time the smoothies were completely flavorless!!! Verrrryyy disappointing as they are def NOT cheap!!!

I've never had a problem when ordering from the few Tropical Smoothies near me but this time it was horrible the 2 BAJA CHICKEN wraps had hard old looking lettuce and one person that order it ended up picking through it and throwing most away. I ordered the CHICKEN BACON RANCH Flatbread but ended up with a Chipotle chicken Flatbread instead
The smoothies were amazing that's why I'm giving this Tropical smoothie 3 stars

Horrible portion. I think the wrap had one piece of Turkey (I substituted for Turkey)!
Just a sloppy wrap in general. So disappointed!!

very good food and smoothie except you have to make the sticker on the smoothies easier to take off
