• 6/9/26The fatty brisket is most and has amazing flavor. The turkey was juicy and flavorful. Overall the bbq is as good as anyone's around here. As a side note. If you like pickles the ones they give you are great. Crisp with just the right amount of acidity. The price for brisket is best in the area for the quality.

• 19/2/25I had the Three Meat Plate and with my order had:
- brisket, which was pretty dry and chewy
- chopped brisket, which contained more chewy fat than I wanted
- turkey, which wasn't bad and I enjoyed the most
This was my first time ordering from True Texas BBQ and I don't think I'll be returning.

• 30/5/26firstly, food comes with pickles and onions on top. if that's a vibe killer, dont order. the pickles ruined the meat for me. I didn get my bread.the beans were weird. literally the only thing I could eat was the Mac and cheese. I would recommend a different spot.
