I am impressed that they deliver drinks with a secure (really secure!) lid that has a "plug" to help protect against leaks. The bags are beautiful and everything is presentable. The sakura milk tea with yogurt popball is so tasty. Genmai with red bean is very decadent and traditional. My family said they love pineapple cheese slushie with yogurt popball as well as the egg pudding. Such a good experience!

I'm giving 3 stars because the drink itself was good, but the boba was "raw". I got 3 different types: regular boba, yogurt, and brown sugar. The brown sugar boba wasn't cooked. Like at all. So it was extremely dry and hard with no gelatin consistency at all like the other 2, as shown in the pic; many of them all clumped together in one mess of a ball. I honestly think they may have put it in the drink straight from the dry bag. Unfortunately those made up 90% of the balls, so I didn't get any of the "bubble" part. I'd try the place again, but taking stars away because when I'm paying $15+ for a drink (a rare treat - birthday splurge), I expect it to be right.

We have 5 orders here today, March 26,2022, and spend over 40+ dollars on drink. I even pay extra for toping on about 2 drinks and got the same amount of topingor even less than what I usually pay for. I know it on a Saturday and busy, but it not excuse for them to do that. I'm very disappointed with this place. I honestly don't mind paying extra for stuff, but as long as I get what I pay for.

We ordeed 10 drinks for work and they all tasted great. But they only labled 3 drinks and made it hard to figure out which one was which.
