This is literally the best food I have eaten! The meatloaf is amazing and goes perfectly with the Parmesan & Rosemary Potato Cracklins! You can't go wrong ordering anything from here :)

I've ordered this multiple times and never had it packaged this poorly. Mac and cheese is always packaged in its own container. This was just a mess. And the meatloaf (which is normally amazing) was either overcooked or old. Super tough to even cut.

Mixed feelings. On one hand, you have one of, if not the best chicken sandwich you will ever eat, no joke. On the other hand, the "extra crispy fries" were barely crispy. I know fries don't travel well when delivered, but these were somewhat poorly done. The broccolini was well cooked and I really enjoyed the chipotle aioli. Overall 4 stars simply because the chicken sandwich was just outta this world. I will probably avoid the fries next time though.

Where to begin with the cascade of failures of this restaurant? (To be clear, the dasher was great.)
I always assume that food will be cold, so I ordered things that could be eaten less than warm, even though the place is half a mile from the hotel where I am staying.
The chicken tenders were indeed nowhere close to warm but were good.
However, their containers do not close securely so the food was all over the bag.
The salad was mostly romaine ribs, not so much leafy lettuces. Wilted cucumbers. Not enjoyable.
But the worst fail - who doesn't provide utensils!? Especially when the order is obviously headed to a hotel down the street. Luckily I had a travel fork in my suitcase but other travelers will not be so lucky.
