The meat taste rubbery. I love ordering this. But today I am disappointed with the meat. It felt like a frozen chicken that almost goes bad. I can't finish it, I just ate half of it. Please improve and QC your product

As always beautiful flavours, perfect crunch and amazing spice. I would recommend grabbing a calpis or water to help fight the spice haha!

I’ve been a long-time customer and never had issues in-store. But I’ve ordered through DoorDash at least five times, and three of those orders were missing pearls in the milk tea. That’s really frustrating.
