OUTSTANDING Ramen. This is a hidden gem at the level of any big city ramen you can find. The Shu Shu is great and I also get the spicy miso base as well - try it with fried chicken - I know it sounds weird but trust me.

the 65. Super Bowl with salmon was okay. the fried rice was super flavorful but the salmon was dry and small for the price...
MANGO STICKY RICE was okay. I willnever order again. Let's just say I had better...disappointing because it was expensive!
Iced Thai Coconut Tea was VERY GOOD! I will order this 0drink again!

7.5/10 54. Shoyu Ramen Price is definitely marked up for business Roi. Other than that not the real/traditional Black Garlic oil that looks like BP oil spill on the ramen people would expect but rather the subtle raw garlic you'd get as a topping. to flavor the soup slightly. Either one works but more people would like the BP oil spill. That my opinion if I were the Head Chef in charge of the menu.

Everything looks great, but they forgot the most expensive part, the meat. Waiting all that time for it to arrive and paying that much, just such a disappointment.
