the uni nigiri is melting and clearly not fresh but the packaging and portions are good everything else tastes good too

The Teriyaki chicken over rice was really bad. I don't know what kind of chicken they use but it smells and tastes really weird. couldn't eat it at all.

So I order a miso soup, bento box and topo chico. All good. Order goes thru. Delivery driver gets food. He gets here and only hands me miso snd topo chico. I said where my box. They said they didn't give me a box. So I check the app, he was correct. Restaurant cancelled it for "out of stock". So I call them and we're like oh yeah we cancelled it. And I was like why? Apparently same out of stock reason but they said they refunded me. I told them dont they think a courtesy call of them being out of it and if I wanted something else would have been appropriate? Geez.now im just sitting here in the call room with just soup and topo chico. Thanks diddy.
