Absolute perfection! I'm what's known as a sushi snob. The Scallop SashimiYellowtail Sashimi (6pcs)Salmon Sashimi (6pcs) were sublime. The fish was super fresh, the cut was perfect. The cut is important because you can have the most fresh fish but if you cut it wrong, it's ruined. The Agedashi Tofu was also excellent. Silky smooth on the inside, lightly fried on the outside.

I'm a sushi snob, so I test things out first. This was my first time ordering from this place. Overall, great place, fresh fish, will order again.
Yellowtail Sashimi (6pcs) very fresh, very good, decent size pieces. No complaints at all.
Seaweed Salad overall, good. however the seaweed salad was a bit small for the price and it was also served on a bed of chopped lettuce. This is no-no, but perhaps they're trying to cater to an American audience.
Black Pearl (sushi roll). I'm not a roll person, I prefer the sashimi (fish only), so I wouldn't take my criticisms too seriously. The idea seemed great but the execution was off. the spicy tuna overpowered the other delicate flavors. Plus too much fake crab meat filling.

The spicy ramen is delicious with a really good portion for only 10 bucks. Though a warning is its very spicy i have a slightly above average spice tolerance but dang this has me sweating everytime. Worth every bite tho.

The spicy tuna has a rich and creamy flavor and the rice was absolutely perfect! 90% of great sushi is the rice!

The Castle Rock (cooked) roll is delicious, which is the reason I frequently order from this place. But beware of their appetizer sides, they are embarrassingly small for the price. This $8 cucumber salad is supposed to have imitation crab in it, I just didn't realize it would be just two insultingly small pieces of the most inexpensive protein ever. The edamame order is also shockingly expensive & small for edamame, usually doesn't even halfway fill the small takeout container it comes in.
