This place is amazing. The customer service is great you are warmly greeted when you walk in. I'm usually in a hurry so appreciate that they are quick completing my order, I've never needed to wait more than a few minutes even when they are really busy. The food is really tasty and the coffee is made to perfection. I'm extremely picky with my lattes, oat milk and all and they have never messed it up. I felt compelled to write this review so people know to try this place! Its really a hidden gem in Lynn. In looking at some of these reviews maybe someone just did not choose the right option while ordering. Maybe they are reviewing the wrong place because I think Union Cafe is great. :)

I wouldn't have add lettuce and tomato to an egg sandwich myself but im glad I ordered the Boston, a that chipotle mayo really set it off. And the bread for the French toast was absolutely fire a the fruit was fresh. I'll definitely order both again

I ordered two stack pancakes #12 and a fresh banana smoothie. I've ordered this exact thing before and it's usually amazing, but today the pancakes were burnt and the smoothie was very watered down and thin. I usually would give it a five star but this time was really disappointing.
