The Chicken Tenderloins had to be the best chicken tenders I have ever had. They are similar to the fish and chips both in batter and size. I don't know if I could have finished one but a included side would be a nice addition

Carrie, our DoorDasher, was fantastic, and any complaints I have are about the restaurant, not her.
The food at Jack's is tasty. And the selection is good.
My son ordered the chicken Caesar wrap, which was supposed to come with fries, but didn't.
I ordered a salad and paid extra to add chicken and shrimp ($5 & $8). I got a tiny amount of each.
My older son ordered bangers & mash. When we've dined-in, I'm fairly sure it came with 3 bangers, but he only received 2.
I know that the delivery economy SUCKS, but I really wish there were a better way.

The Nachos are the worst I've ever seen, it looks nothing like the picture on their site. I've ordered from Union Jack's many times when I worked in the building close to their site, what was delivered to me is a blob in a pizza box. I will not be ordering from Union Jacks again. I'm very disappointed.

I'm a repeat customer. Food is great. I usually get the fish and chips, this time I got the burger. it was great cooked perfect and I subbed the shoestring fries for the classic chips. highly recommend

Everything was really greasy. But I order from here 1-2 times every month. However the "crab balls" . . . They would be worth the price IF you could find any crab meat in them ... Then again, $17.00 for a greasy, yucky appetizer? Too much!
