The rice had a burnt aftertaste. The beans had good flavor but was lacking a little bit of salt . The meat given to me was not what I ordered but I was okay with that because the store did inform me that the didn't currently have bistec encebollado. The meat was in a pool of oil and a majority of the meat was fat and there was only maybe 2-3 pieces that were actually just meat .

Tripleta de Mangu was very tasteful & great quality. They followed my special request for extra onions and the food was fresh !! Perfect portion size and I definitely would order again !
