The coffee and food are always so good. The people who work here have been so nice every time I've come in, too. Needed a coffee before work last week and this place was close by so I gave it a chance. I've been getting coffee from here almost every day since. Great coffee and I love the breakfast burritos. The bacon and Gouda quiche was a bit overpriced for the slice size and overcooked so I don't really recommend that. The biscuits and gravy are super tasty. I've had an oatmeal cream pie that was amazing and so is the Gluten free Double Chocolate Muffin. I would definitely recommend.

So today was my birthday and I decided to treat myself to a nice iced caramel late with some protein balls. I really really enjoyed this. I'm from the UK and that was one of the best coffees I've had in the U.S and I'll make sure I order again before I return home. The protein balls were amazing! Made my morning!

The gluten free muffin was definitely not great, or even mid. It was more like slightly flavored play dough mashed together. Bizarre texture even for GF. The gf sandwich was actually good, the bread was pleasant. The GF brownie was moist and had a great chocolate flavor. The scrambled were all over the place, one has hardly anything in the box- dry. The quiche the leak was really good! The bacon mid. The Chorizo Breakfast Burrito had really good flavor but was so dry. Just not our cup of tea. So we probably won't order from them again.

The Barista was very kind when I picked up my Carrot Cake Latte! I keep coming back for my coffee at UpLift because it is the best in town!
