I love the cannolis but it's very frustrating that they cannot come pre-filled. I understand that the shells may get soft but some people are okay with that and even prefer it. I don't have a piping bag to be able to fill them the right way and using a knife doesn't work well. Disappointing.

The bacon & egg panino was overcooked. The bacon was rock hard, as was the bread. It's very likely they microwaved it after it was placed in the paper, because it was stuck to the paper, and I had to literally peel paper off my sandwich. Very disappointed

Even after several requests, the location in Little Italy does not put powdered sugar on the chocolate filled cookies so I always have to go to Canton
