• 9/8/26The wet chili colorado burrito is perfect in every way. The red sauce is simply delicious. There are big chunks of fork tender beef, whole pinto beans, rice, but it all comes back to that sauce. It comes with sour cream, pico, and guacamole. It is also easily at least two meals. The food here is consistently solid and when dining in, so is the service.

• 19/8/26Always the best. Extremely accommodating to special requests and so kind, every time. This is my favorite restaurant in Humboldt for both dine-in and delivery. Great portions, wonderfully fresh and tasty.

• 23/6/26Delicious Green or Red Burrito, I personally like the green sauce. So flavorful and good sized burrito! The Chips and Salsa was a nice addition as well the salsa is on point!

• 22/7/23Valley Azteca is quickly becoming one of my favorite Mexican restaurants in Humboldt. They are so accommodating to special requests and are generous in serving size. My $13 burrito is easily enough for 3 meals. I appreciate how they package the burrito with the wet stuff on the sides so the tortilla doesn't get soggy during delivery. The only bummer I've experienced the last couple times is stale chips.
