I really like de pan de Pan de Bono. It's fresh and soft. The Cafe con Leche is okay if you like it dark but, in my opinion, it was not that flavorful. I wish the store would let you add instructions for things like this.

My most recent order from Vicky Bakery through DoorDash turned out with missing items although displayed on the receipt provided by the store. It is worth mentioning that an additional amount was paid for the fillings selected. Upon contacting the store, the employee stated that I needed to call the store to specify 1/2 and 1/2 for the fillings previously selected on the app. I explained that I would not have known to do that extra step of contacting the store to confirm the selection. The employee did apologize and let me know to notify the store in the future for a similar order.
I also notified DoorDash customer service of this experience and the customer service representative was attentive and understanding. I was offered a goodwill gesture for the inconvenience. The items I ordered were delicious including the hot beverage. I hope that quality control reviews customer orders to match the items with what is paid for and not having to place an extra step for the customer to verify with the store after placing the order. Thank you.

Everytime I want Vicky's from this location, I am hesitant - this is why:
8/10 times the Breakfast Sandwich 's scrambled eggs are BURNT.
The menu for Croquettes allows selection of two, assuming if I pick Ham and Chicken, I get both. No, they send 1 chicken as if they don't respect or know how their menus are seen on the app. 2 Croquettes for 2 dollars is what it seems, in reality, 1 Croquette for 2 dollar is what it is.
The Croissant Sandwich was BURNT. How? Gross negligence.
Yea, don't buy from this location. They just don't care. I mean, how could you serve people burnt food? CONSISTENTLY.
I dont ever leave reviews. The Vicky's in Hialeah OR Davie have never served me burnt food.

OMG... first time ordering and everything was super DELISH!! I got the pastellitos, Cuban breakfast sandwich on Cuban bread ( YUM YUM and YUM). Definitely will order again . My family agree including my 2 grandkids. We were totally satisfied! No more McDonald's or Dunkin' Donuts for me! Thanks Vicky xoxo!
