Pie was EXACTLY as ordered. 16" cheese pie with extra robust sauce. GOOD!!

We order from this place a lot and some things have changed. The BBQ boneless wings are essentially tenders cut in half, but they're super crispy and not smothered in sauce - which is nice! I always get the Meat Lovers pizza and the past two times it's been soggy. It's not that it's not cooked, it's just kinda gummy. It's always loaded with toppings, though!

barely any lettuce in my Cobb SaladZucchini Fries were dry and some pieces had no zucchini in it. Also I ordered from Vivaldi's and my order comes from Gyro what's going on?

ordered a large puzza with cheese and double bacon. Pizza had very little cheese on it, and a very small amount of bacon. very poor.

Usually, it comes out great. This time the pasta was mushy, and the chicken didn't seem as cooked as it usually is.
