got the 159. wagamama salad and it was really bad, borderline inedible. paid $4 to add tofu and the tofu was soaked in a salty brine. the salad had maybe 15% greens all the rest were toppings that were too overpowering, like all i could taste was the pickled ginger and radishes. it was like someone designed the salad and never even tried / tasted it.

I generally like the food and order often..this was really the least tasty veg 41. yasai yaki soba I have ever eaten
there was a charge up of $3.41 for the tofu..but that tofu was over done and no flavour..not ordering this again!

I'm a huge fan of Wagamama overall as their flavors are always great but this dish in particular was a bit watery and lacked flavor. The noodles were great in the dish but the actual broth was not the best. There are other options at Wagamama that I'd recommend over this particular dish such as the yasai katsu curry or cauliflower, which is filled with flavor and spice. The vegetables are cooked perfectly in these and the sauces complement the main dish. While I wouldn't order the kare burosu again, there are other dishes I'd reorder again from here.
