This was my first time eating and ordering from this restaurant and it did not disappoint.
I received everything I ordered and in a timely manner.
I usually eat HEB or homemade sushi and I never have ate it with raw fish; I would eat it with the imitation crab.
I decided to try it with the raw Salmon in the Philadelphia Roll and I added Cucumber & Asparagus which was delicious.
My favorite has always been the California Roll and so I tried that one too. The flavor of the fresh crab was amazing!
I am considering placing an order for dinner since I liked it so much.
I have only ate the Gyoza from HEB and this was way better. I got the steamed ones but I think I will try the fried ones next time since I'm used to those.
These were good tho.
Everything was satisfying, filling, and delicious.

These are the tiniest sushi rolls you can get from any of the nearby sushi selling restaurants. $15 per roll *with a coupon* and it wasn't even anything special or that fresh. Honestly on par with HEB sushi. 😑 I want my money back and wish I had gone somewhere else. Rip off.

First time ordering and here are my honest impressions as a regular sushi consumer:
1. The food overall is good, the sizes are equivalent to HEB sushiya sushi but double the price. As good as the food is, considering the size, I wouldn't purchase it for such a high dollar value. However, that's pertaining to their less fancy rolls.
2. The sake: I have way less experience in this regard, rarely consume alcohol but have had several sakes that I just LOVE. This one was good but you could get the bottle online for much cheaper because it's just not a high quality sake. It does resemble a red wine in flavor, crisp but does not go down hard and errs on the side of sweet not tart. Do with that what you will.

I ordered 2 yellowtail rolls, but they looked nothing like the advertised picture. The rolls had little to no yellowtail inside — mostly rice, with only a tiny sliver of fish in some pieces and none visible in others. The quality and portion of fish were very disappointing.

too much rice vinegar, can't taste wasabi at all! I ate what I could because Ipaid, but not the best sushi. hardly any cream cheese in Philadelphia roll, heavy on the rice to fish ratio
