• 13/4/24we got some pretty basic drinks, they're good, the matcha latte tasted like a matcha latte. I got the raspberry hibiscus lemonade, I'm pretty sure I was sent strawberry.

• 6/9/24Italian soda is not worth it. It's just a carbonated water with a pump of syrup that has artificial taste. Matcha lemonade is ok but it's just a lemonade and if it wasnt for the color I wouldnt be able to tell there is matcha in it.

• 5/8/25Ordered a 1/2 sweet Caramel Macchiato and it was too sweet to even drink. And Iced Caramel Macchiato went down the drain, it was absolutely horrible!

• 20/12/24ordered two of the bagel sandwiches, and we only received one. We're also often given the wrong size of drinks. We stopped ordering from Starbucks for this reason a while ago. I really like waves' menu, but half the time I order, it's not correct.

• 31/12/25Iced Matcha Latte was super watery and bland. i added a shot of strawberry syrup, couldn't even taste it :(
