There was no whipped cream on either of the shakes and they were not filled to top. I ordered the bacon cheese fries and this portion size is ridiculous compared to in store which is cheaper. Wish I could post a picture. Very messy presentation but hopefully it will taste great

Up until today are burgers were delicious and so well made today all of the condiments, lettuce, tomato's, bacon etc were missing from our burgers. We got two baked cheese burgers that were semi burnt. This is not the quality I have received before and I'm very disappointed with the service I receive today and may not order from there again.

I had the build your own double burger and the tater tots. as far as I'm concerned they're hamburger is one of the best hamburgers you can get in this area! tater tots are also awesome nice and crispy.

The pepper jack cheese that was ordered to go on the craft your own burger, which cost extra, was left off even though it was right there on the receipt that came with the food stating that we had ordered it. Jalapenos were also ordered on the same burger and there was only 4 slices of jalapeno on it, and the regular sized fry is way over priced for the amount given, 4 dollars for literally a handful of fries, if that. Pretty disappointing
