Green Papaya Salad (S) is everything I was hoping it would be. Fresh, crisp, bright flavors and such a good crunch. Dressing is SO GOOD- tangy and sweet, with only the tiniest, tiniest hint of spicy; not too saucy either, so the flavors of the papaya and carrots and such still come through beautifully; though it pools at the bottom so if you *do* want to just drink the rest of it at the end like the sweet nectar it is.. you can. I did, haha. Even the small is a large portion; was enough for a whole meal for me, would be good for two as an appetizer if splitting unless you have more voracious appetites, imho. I have difficulty trying new-to-me foods sometimes but the quality of Wei's Noodle House helps ease my trust issues with that significantly. Every time I try something new from their menu I have been impressed and the only problem I have with it is that every time I go to order I have too many favorites to pick from. Which is a pretty good problem to have, haha. Thank you. <3

Best Pork wontons NOODLE SOUP I've been able to find! Super fresh, portion is PERFECT, LOVE that it comes with bok choy and a baggie of veggies. Broth is very delicious! Love the containers you send them in! They make sense unlike other places. You get the perfect amount of wontons! They're seasoned great as well! Will be ordering from here from now on! But please sent eating utensils lol.

a MUST try!!! this is my 4th time here - i literally go out of my way when I come into town just to order here. it's always of excellent quality and so delicious - the veggies are always fresh and cooked perfectly - and the staff are very polite!! a hidden gem for sure. totally worth the pricepoint, this restaurant is Wei too amazing! Ginger lemonade is so perfectly spicy and sweet!!!Fresh Salad Rice Paper wrapped (2 pcs) so fresh and yummy !! everything is just *chefs kiss*

I feel like I recommend this place more than any other restaurant in the city and it's because every single time the food is so good it feels like it heals a part of my soul. I have more experience ordering their vegan dishes but the other ones I've tried have been great as well. here is some of my favorites and why: The Chili Garlic Tofu are deep fried fluff cubes of tastiness that somehow taste like well seasoned air puffs and have such a satisfying mouth feel. The Thai Style Coconut Hot and Sour Soup is one of my favourite soups I have ever tried in my ENTIRE life (I am in my 30's); I can't handle really spicy things usually but mild spice options are almost always very manageable for me, and this is spicy enough to make my nose run and clear my sinuses & tingle my mouth a bit but not so spicy that I feel like I'm punishing myself somehow which for me is the perfect amount of spicy- great comfort food soup if you're feeling under the weather. Singapore Noodles.. & I'm out of space!

Flavor bomb!! First time trying, this is the place to order from now on. Fresh Salad Rice Paper wrapped (2 pcs) with mint was fresh & crispy, delicious sauce. Tonkotsu Black Ramen was flavorful & filling with rich broth. Highly recommend.
