the quality has gone down a lot. the chicken sandwiches used to be the best, but now it's dry and very bad coating. bad bacon slices, so thin they are barely there. fries are grainy, too. Just not worth the cost anymore. makes me sad.

I ordered nothing spicy yet every chicken product i got was 🤦. I did order the ghost dipping sauce but didnt even get that. the fries tasted like were made yesterday just for me. I would have gave 1 star but my mom actually enjoyed the Spicy chicken sandwich she didn't order in the Crispy Chicken BLT Biggie™ Bag

Baconator® Combo was amazing besides the frosty. Frosty was watered down and was more consistent of milk texture than it was the traditional frosty. Would order anything again but the frosty.
