the quality of the food at this wendys is shockingly good. way better than normal fast food. always fresh

I order the Apple Pecan Salad a lot. It is usually very good. Today it was horrible, the lettuce was brown, the chicken was hard, and the dried cranberries were clumped together and tough.

The chocolate cold brew coffee they gave me was very sour something definitely was expired in it I was very disappointed. Also lady was very rude about letting us know for door dash pickup we can't come through the drive thru which we didn't know. Could've been said in a nicer way.

Food arrived basically cold after waiting an extended period of time for delivery. The driver appeared to sit outside the restaurant for around 20-30 minutes waiting for the food and then made another long stop before bringing it over. The fries tasted stale and the mayo/lettuce on the sandwich looked brown and old. I order from here all the time and this was not a good day.

Spicy Chicken Sandwich Combo was dry, not fresh. 6 PC. Crispy Chicken Nuggets was dry, not fresh. Ordered @ 8PM on a Monday
