Perfection. These guys never fail. The food is always amazing and they follow every special instruction. Food is always the correct temperature, on time and packaging is neat.

I was really disappointed with my recent order. There were several issues, including the quality of the meat, which was burnt and dry—something I never encountered during my three years working at Wendy's in North Carolina. We always made sure to serve fresh meat. Additionally, I asked for ketchup and mustard, but they didn't include either condiment.

items came wrong. old bread stale , over fried chicken Crispy Chicken Biggie™ Bag looks like its been sitting there. FROSTY was wrong both sent just plainchocolate when i asked for the special vanillawith caramel andvanilla with strawverry. they don't care clearly. all fries were burnt. stale and just overal this is why wendys is failing every other competitor

Everything was ice cold, all of the ice in my drink was melted. The burger tasted like an ingredient on it had spoiled. Everything was in the bag dumped upsidedown including the drink. Unsure if this is DoorDash timing error or?
