The food was packaged well & still hot, even the fries! It's hard to get crispy, hot fries, even if you get them at the inside counter!!
Although, they did omit the bacon from my Baconator® burger & added onions, that I had requested be omitted.
Best 'Dash' we've had in a while.

We got one burger with no bun or as it was listed a lettuce bun. There was a bib of lettuce on the bottom, but not on the top. I always assumed a lettuce bun was top and bottom lettuce. This was very difficult to eat, and it was a mess. Next time we'll just put our own lettuce on it and make our own burger. The regular ones were fine, but I'm the only one who wanted to eat those.

I ordered a medium fry, and they gave me the amount of a small. They were not fresh at all. My nugget was extra small. I will not from them again.

Customer service was decent, but the fries were slightly old and luke warm. They got my request for added and removed condiments right, though.

I was disappointed in the baconator, it use to be bigger. You only gave 1 syrup for 6 french toast sticks, more was needed.
