This salad was not fresh at all. The apples are turning brown. The lettuce is wilted and the chicken could crack your tooth. This was disgusting. I would not recommend the taste was horrible. It's just a bed of lettuce, a large bed of lettuce.

My potato wedges were more like potato chips and my coffee was made a sweet tea and was two different temperatures the top of the drink was cold and the bottom was hot and I asked for honey mustard and got ketchup

For the first time ever, my Wendy's salad sucked.
I had to search to find a piece of chicken in this salad. It was a big pile of lettuce with a few pieces of bacon and chicken. The vegetables were not crisp like they usually are. It was bland, and tasteless.
Also, the packaging changed. The tray was much too small for the salad. Good thing I was eating it at the house. I had to put it in a bowl to keep it from falling out of the tray.
Very disappointing 😞. Even the frosty was disappointing. They're usually so thick it's hard to suck through a straw. I had my spoon all ready... for nothing. It was a milk shake.
I'm not sure what happened, but the quality has definitely taken a hit. I won't order there again.

Strawberry Lemonade was amazing!
The bourbon burger presentation was not worth $9.... what's makes this burger cost this much? Is it the sauce? The fried onions? Nothing like the picture...
