I'm thoroughly impressed now. This is the second late night order I've placed with this Wendy's, and they have both been excellent. Fries are fresh and arrived hot, the burger was fresh and hot, and I couldn't really ask for more. It's refreshing to get service like this, especially when you're beyond exhausted. Thanks Wendy's!

I paid for ranch for my fries andBig Bacon Classic® Combo never got it. The burger was flat, literally. Supposed to have lettuce, tomato, had no tomato and lettuce was old. Very disappointed. $21 was too much for what I got.

The sandwich has the smallest piece of lettuce they could find. A big bacon classic with one piece o bacon cut in half. A very poor quality of food service.

This was not a classic chicken sandwhich. I worked for Wendy's and the chicken was made from chicken breast and was juicy and so delicious. What I got was a burnt processed chicken patty. Very bad taste and very disappointed. I will be asking for a refund

The frosty is so full I can't open it without it making a mess, and it's already coming out the sides
