Food arrived fresh and correct. My only complaint is that there was no seal on the lid. This is the second time it has happened.

Cinnabon® Pull-Apartthis was hard as a rock with crystallized cream cheese. Horrible. Could not eat! Was this under a heat lamp since opening?

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with mayo, lettuce and tomato. I did not receive any of that when I paid full price for it. This is not the fist time i ordered here and didn't get what I ordered. I understand it's late and you guys were just about to close but PLEASE.
