Door Dash can be a gamble, but the Wendy's on Hwy 16 in Conover made it a good bet. The food was perfectly prepared, hot, fresh, and packaged well. The dasher was prompt and all items arrived on time and in one piece. Well done. Spent under $20 with tip on 3 items. Will order from here again.

Southwest Avocado Salad was bland and what little Avocado was on the Salad was just mush.
The Chili & Cheese Baked Potato did not hardly have any chili on it. Parts of it were just dry from lack of cheese or chili.

Didn't receive the correct sides with combos, just all fries; so ended up missing a chili n loaded bakes potatoes (2) that was paid for Xtra. They also didn't send any of the condiments ( butter, sour cream or dipping sauces for nugs). The Jr bacon cheeseburger was the only decent thing made. I had the grilled chicken wrap combo and they put no ranch and barely any chicken so it was honestly just a dry lettuce wrap. Even the drinks was supposed to be Dr. Pepper znd they was root beer.
Wendy's is normally always our go to for fast food bc its quick to get to our house snd the majority time always great, but not the case this time. I gave 2 stars instead of the 1 that's needed, just because we normally do have a good experience.

for the 3rd order in a row via door dash I am either missing items or it's wrong or just plain bad quality food. I do not have my French Fries, burger is dry and old tasting, I ordered a loaded baked potato but got chili & cheese only , no sour cream , butter or chives. BUT, the driver was fast and friendly. I want my money back from the food, the driver should keep the tip.
