Food tasted good, potatoes weren't full- closer to half filled. I understand the staff needing to verify I'm picking up the correct order- but them not being able to find my name on the receipt and I had to show them where it was- was pretty wild.

I love Wendy's but this one is so bad.... they are always missing SOMETHING. Whether it's as small as the sauce packets I PAY FOR, or a whole drink and frosty. Today it was the drink AND frosty.

There was no hamburger or bacon on one of the burgers we got, only the lettuce tomato and mayo. Also one of the sauces was half open
