Charged for over 4.00 for Baconator Fries. With no bacon and no cheese. I called and asked for replacement and was told notning they could do. Horrible customer service.

my complaints not really for the food and more so for things in the employees end. first I was told the employees were rude to the dasher when they asked if they could clean off the excess ice cream on the side of the frosty cups. secondly, I'd recommend they use plastic bags and flatt lids for their frosties and ice cream. it started raining as the order was delivered and if I wasn't grabbing the food as soon as possible, it might've been ruined. The bag was already soaked when I got to the door. I'm hoping Wendy's will take my criticism and improve from there.

I want to know how it's possible to have the order right in front of your face but not put everything in the bags. I'm so disappointed & the lady on the phone had an attitude. My dasher was great it wasn't her fault but thumbs down for Wendy's
