Both Dave's Single® & Son of Baconator® burgers were done well and not overcooked. Cheese Fries were not overdone either. It was all tasty.

The 10PC Saucy Nuggs looks like they threw spicy nuggets in the container and just drizzled them with sauce. Rather dry considering the name of this item. You can see more of the dry crust of the chicken vs sauce. Disappointed.

Missing so many ingredients and missing items also received the wrong item. I received the spicy chicken nuggets instead of the 10 PC. Crispy Chicken Nuggets. one of the Sugar Cookie was more burnt than the other. There was no bacon on my Bacon Cheese Baked Potato and I had added sour cream and it was not added. I was missing my Chocolate Chunk Cookie 🍪. Baconator Fries had 2 straps of bacon and small portion or cheese on the side? Will probably not order from this restaurant again.

whoever made my sandwich did a great job, the ingredients may not have been the most fresh, but there was plenty of bacon and plenty of pickle chips which really helped bring it all together. gg

Terrible experience with this store for our most recent order.
Orders of fries came maybe half full at best and were cold. All of the burgers we ordered came with shredded cheese from the salad/baked potatoes/chili on them instead of the standard sliced American cheese and were rendered inedible as a result. The cheese melted on the hot burgers but then immediately congealed into an unappealing lump of greasy cheese gum that was tough to chew and even worse to swallow.
I will be reaching out to this store to receive a full refund on this order as outside of the 4 PC nuggets and all of the fries, the order was mostly thrown directly into the trash. It will be a long long time before we decide to order from this restaurant again.
