Amazing place to eat, huge portion sizes for every meal and everything is put together so well. You can tell they care about the food quality. Satay chicken is very refreshing and and full of flavour, at this point i've tried many dishes and will say every one of them has been some of the best ive ever had.

Every dish I've had from whales has been so delicious! Have never been disappointed with taste, packaging, and the portion- its value for the cost! Highly recommend this place - not a large menu but every dish is always cooked 100%.

Best sweet and sour pork in Christchurch hands down. Super authentic with heaps of flavour and generous amounts of meat.
We come here 2-3 times a week just cannot get enough of it.

Love the 4. Sweet & Sour Pork, got it with extra meat, such great value. The 9. Beef Cheek Croquette is so good too!
