Second time recently that I've ordered from this location and received sloppily prepared food. I definitely don't feel like I'm getting $16 meal value. Fries had a bizarre taste, and the chicken strips were more akin to bites. The toast was smashed as if they handed it to a toddler first. I gave it another chance, and I've been let down once more.

Recoved 2 very overcooked hashbrown sticks and a brea taco with almost no egg tiny am of po wrapped in a hard tortitilla . My wifes order was good mine was not at all . Love whataburger but unfortunately i will never trust this location ever again

Insanely overcooked with no sauces and didn't add my jalapeños. Gravy was about 20% full. Not fresh at all very gross

Fries cold hard strips in both Honey BBQ Chicken Strip Sandwich Whatameal® and chicken #13atachick’n® Strips 3 pieces hard and my dasher had been waiting for the food at least ten minutes not drivers fault

Im not sure why a triple would only have 1 cheese with no option to add more. Also the meat was really dry and no flavor at all
