The hamburger was old, the cheese was dried up and hard. The French fries were like sponges of grease and not well cooked. They were soggy. I haven't experienced this kind of service from Whataburger. After spending $38 on two hamburger meals, that were not edible, I will not order from them again. Very disappointed. Our delivery driver was fast and courteous. Wonderful service from Door Dash.

Received half full LARGE fry containers, onions on a burger that can't have onions on it, brown lettuce, and old grease taste to the fries we did receive.

The food was fresh and tasted good, but they shorted us on our fries. Ordered a large but was only half full.
