Your food quality is an insult to your customers. The fries were completely stale, the tomatoes were a sickly tan, and my child's burger was literally just meat and a bun—missing half its ingredients. The entire order was slapped together carelessly and packed wrong. It takes serious effort to mess up a meal this badly. I won't be ordering from this location ever again.

Food was not freshly prepared & my large fry was half empty. It took a long time for the order to be ready for pickup, but when I received it, less than 15 min after my dasher picked it up the food was ice cold & fries were soggy.

The oil was old and made my chicken strips and fries look dark brown and tasted burnt and not good.

Food was way overcooked and dry. Hashbrowns were burnt and taste like old grease. Eggs in taquitos were so overcooked they were crumbly and just falling out.

I like whataburger, their food is always hot and fresh. This time, I ordered two breakfast #20 Taquito with Cheese Whatameal® and neither of them had any cheese on there. They were still good though.
