Asked for extra toppings and they were not included. Asked for ketchup for fries, not included. Hamburgers were too thin and could barely taste within the big bun. Value is going downhill.

These meals were great !! Exactly what and how I ordered it ! The package was very neat, nothing messy. Food was still very warm as well as the fries. Overall very satisfied with this meal !! Great job whataburger!!

Not satisfied with my double meat whataburger, only gave me the option to add 1 slice of cheese. DID NOT GIVE NE THE OPTION TO ADD GUACAMOLE and my sprite was bad just like the last time

Fries were not fresh stale. Some were cold some were hot. Burger missing ingredients clearly requested. Bad overall.
