I ordered the 3pc chicken #13 Whatachick’n® Strips 3 piece Whatameal®. They sent me two chicken strips and no toast. I paid double for a kids meal.

The quality of the food has decreased significantly over the last few years.
This last order was sloppy and hardly appetizing compared to the quality of the whataburger burgers I used to like.
My drink only being 80% filled didn't help either.
but at least it was warm

Since the family no longer has the controlling interest, the food has gone downhill. It's about maximizing profits at the expense of quality. The chicken used to be 4 times bigger, and the biscuit has shrunk in size considerably. Also, there was hardly any honey butter. They gave me the wrong drink and provided zero straws as well. I have been a customer for 40-plus years, sad to see it ruined by greed.

#25 Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit Whatameal® was dry and the hashbrowns were dry . Not happy .
