Usually good ordering experiences, but this time, the Jr burger was overcooked (burnt around the edges), and the fries seemed undercooked (not crispy, more rubbery). I ordered unsweet tea, but they were out? The Dr Pepper was fine but only drank half due to the sugar (I don't drink zero sugar drinks)
The apple pie was drier than usual but tasted okay.

Venessa was very sweet I appreciate her help with substituting the drink in my order because the selection wasn't available on the app. She was extremely helpful and even called me back.

My biggest complaint was the burnt brioche bun.
And the super greasy undercooked hashbrowns.

I did not receive my 2nd Lg Fry, my Lg ORing lacks quantity fulfillment, and my drink is essentially 70% ice.
