Drinks taste like something is wrong with their carbonation. Fries were old & stale. Was missing a chicken tender from my 3piece. Manager lady Alexis was very rude. Won't be ordering at this location anymore.

They almost never check their drink machine to make sure it is working properly. Almost every time i get as drink from there they give me nothing but carbonated water. For some reason they cant be bothered to check the syrup every once in a while. Something like a coke should not be coming out clear...

Door dash messed up and made us go get our food, didn't realize until an hour later, whataburger workers made us fresh food and upsized our drinks. Food was great thanks to them, 100% ordering again

Paid for an extra gravy, and didn't get one. Frustrating when it's something I've specifically paid for and it doesn't get included in my meal, and happens often.
