I usually never have a problem with this Whataburger, but the meat tasted very rancid, it tasted like wood with a strong smell. I'm not sure if it was the meat or the oil. On top of that I didn't get a cookie I ordered. Very disappointing.

the food always arrives cold, even if you live a block away. and they never secure the packaging to prevent any of the food being tampered with. the drinks are filled with ice all the way to the top, so you basically get a small even though you ordered a large.

fires were hard burger was dry no spicy pepper sauce that it originally comes with overall just not satisfied.

got the #13 and the gravy was not even half, fhe fries were cold and soggy, also not salted. I ordered sweet tea and got unsweet. overall terrible
