They did not follow simple directions that I paid extra for, and my fries weren't fresh and hot as they usually are. I'm highly disappointed with the way they packaged my food as well. This is my last time ordering from this location.

the sandwiches were good, but we were missing an order of French Fries and the sprite tasted like carbonated water.
