4 stars instead of 5 because they forgot the drinks but it's a great burger. They're way better than Mickey Ds or Wendy's.

Did not follow any of the directions/choices from the app. Was charged for each piece of cheese that never even made it to any of the burgers. All of the fries were old and cold and the containers were half-full. Way overpriced for horrendous execution.

Garbage, missing the fries, no cheese on the #5 Bacon & Cheese Whataburger® Whatameal® and the Sweet & Spicy Bacon Burger Whatameal® came with nothing it was supposed to either and came as two cold patties tossed together on a wet bun. No fries and the drinks were filled halfway. I would not recommend ordering from this place, because they do not care about freshness or anything of the sort.

My #13 Whatachick’n® Strips 3 piece wasn't strips, more like nuggets and didn't come with the gravy dipping sauce I picked or the Texas toast on the side. I also only received 1 spicy ketchup when I ordered 3. Other than that, everything was delicious and arrived in an orderly fashion.

The chicken seemed rubbery and under cooked, I only could manage a few bites, burger items are good and other fried items were good.
