I love white castle, especially the one here in Fairview Heights.. they cook their food better and I have never had a problem and haven't gotten sick from this white castle very very good

The FRENCH FRIES CAL 330-350/600-630/770-810 and FRENCH FRIES WITH CHEESE CAL 400-410 were hard& brunt you can tell they just put cheese over hard burnt fries

How many times am I going to allow this particular White Castle to hurt me?
The bread was barely toasted, the ingredients were all askew, and looked like it was put together all haphazardly.
Let me make this clear - I don't have high expectations for the fast food I plan to stuff down my gullet. I tend to take moments like this on the chin as a reminder that: "I have food at home." But, this pitiful looking excuse for a breakfast sandwich had to be addressed.

I order food today and when I got my order my food was horrible it look like it was from last week and the fries look like they was cooked a week ago and my bun was hard and old and they didn't put nothing I asked for on my sandwich I'm very upset I need a refund and they didn't give me condiments that I requested.. Please do not eat here I had to throw my lunch away that I paid 19 bucks down the drain for nothing I'm very upset.. I paid for an old dried out chicken sandwich and some old dang on fries that's a dang shame white castles y'all got to do better..
