The large fry is a lot smaller than I remember but the fries were salty and fresh and the burgers were tasty.

My sliders were old! The buns and meat were hard! One had to much mustard. None of them had onions. Plus I had the wrong drink with no straw. Even the drink was nasty! Plus they gave me the wrong sauce.

My dasher was excellent and even told the employees to give me fresh food and they even told her they would so she went above and beyond I appreciate that but on the other had the restaurant did a horrible job my fries and chicken rings were hard and cold and the fries were even burnt so on a scale of 1-10 the White Castle on telegraph and 9mile I'll rate them a zero horrible customer service and this is not the first time 3 strikes your out and I stand on that.

I ordered the cheese fries with an extra cheese cup, which I paid for and it was sliced cheese therefore, no cheese cup even though I paid for it. And also the cheesecake a stick is so beyond small that I would not buy it again for that price. It is not even half the size of a normal slice of cheesecake. I'd say it's about like 3 inches long. So for that price it's just not worth it. I'm not one to write reviews but there's really annoyed me these two things. Because why are you selling extra cheese if you're giving sliced cheese therefore, there is no cheese cup? & the fries have literally no salt. The sliders were good though.

I ordered a shake with my DOUBLE CHEESE SLIDER COMBO CAL 930-1360, they didn't have shakes. I requested that the ordered be canceled if they did t have all the items, yet they confirmed the order. i received my order with no drink at all, but was still charged for the shake. I asked for extra pickles and there was literally one pickle on both burgers. And, then the fries were undercooked.
