The wings and fries are always super fresh. I love having the option to get the wings well cooked. I love the portion and flavor of the voodoo fries. The spicy korean Q always hits the spot. The food is always well packaged as well. That is a small detail that is always appreciated.

The 39th & Powell store is the worst - they scrimp on sauce/flavoring; half the wings are only partially or barely coated - every single time. When I order from the 82nd Av store the order arrives looking, and tasting, as it should.

Ordered the 10 pc half and half plain boneless/bone in, but it was ok, drier than I liked.
Price was high for that, $ 19 plus delivery and service fee $24+
Wanted to try, and I did.
Maybe next time will be better.
And maybe if I got a flavor, but I really like the old time crispy.
So, overall, I'll still keep looking...😉

the Boneless Meal Deal was perfect and so much food for a great price. everything came hot n fresh. honestly i really just wanted to say i love u to whoever wrote the smiley face on my bag, u r the best

The frys were soggy and old definitely not fresh, chicken was cooked good but the spicy ness overwhelms the flavor so it tastes like chili powder insted of what flavor it's supposed to be, I recommend a cheap 4$ sampler of some sort so people can get a taste so they don't feel burnt after a 15$ order :)
