I eat a LOT of BBQ, so when my friends suggested going here after an event, I was ready.
The pulled pork, chefs kiss. The brisket- oh my goodness. So juicy, melt in your mouth perfection. I tried the smoked prime rib... yes. It was sublime.
But the COLLARDS....OH.MY. GOODNESS. Perfection. You need to add to your order. Now. Do it. Go push that button. Order extra.
I actually ordered three lbs to fly home with.

The 2 meat with 2 sides meal was 1/2 really good and 1/2 terrible. The green beans and mashed potatoes were amazing, unfortunately both the smoked chicken was not done enough and the pulled pork was 3/4 fat . Over 1/2 of each meat needed to be thrown away ):

Good is always good but that last few orders are lacking. Paying $31 for a 2 meat plate to only receive one slice of brisket and most of it is fat is unacceptable. Please do better as I love your bbq.

For the prices I expect greens and not stems: For the price I expect the mac n cheese to be fully cooked and cheesy as they used to be. The greens were only stems and a few big leaf greens that should have been more chopped. Disappointed.

The Meats and Mashed Potatoes were pretty good, the Mac and cheese wasn't bad but definitely didn't blow me away... almost like the Shells and cheese you get at a grocery store. I'm giving a 4 star rating because the food did tastes good but prices are a little high for the portions you get, almost $30 for the 2 meat plate.
