I order from DoorDash and I go in person and no matter what the teas are so yum! The staff are very friendly and always make the drinks super good. I saw a prior review that said they dont fill the cup all the way when it's for delivery- that is so there is room for ice which they provide in a separate cup so your drink doesnt get watered down! Love Wukong tea and their staff is incredible! Best tea spot around, highly reccomend to all!

I ordered brown sugar milk tea for pick up and didn't realize the pick up time was 40 mins later. I thought it's just one drink and my husband went to pick it up shortly after. There was just one person there and she was swamped. We offered to come back 45 mins later. The tea was delicious as always but the person was also nice enough to add a little snowman cup to apologize for the wait. It's the little things that matter. It was my fault for not reading the pick up time, not theirs. Yet they went above and beyond. Will happily remain a regular customer.

They followed my instructions and tea was amazing. I had ordered 3 vanilla macaron's as dessert. They were all out however they were gracious enough to give me 9 macaron which was three times the portion, all different flavors so that I could try them. What an excellent way to turn a bad situation into a great situation. I never had the pleasure of speaking with them on the phone however, I will be ordering again very soon. Thank you for your excellent service.

Inconsistent, came here in June and loved it. But this time the boba was really hard. Got the same exact drinks I got back in June. Great customer service though, they called to clarify a milk/nut allergy which I appreciated!

I'm having serious buyer remorse, but it my fault for ordering the wrong thing. I don't like for milk tea, but also, the peach-dragonfruit flavor isn't a great combo. Maybe if it didn't have a milky aftertaste, it might be good.
